Once a customer has evaluated their energy usage and is seriously considering one of our systems, an initial phone interview can start the consultation process, evaluating customer needs, system requirements, and possible placement of the system through internet mapping programs. Once we have determined basic system parameters, an on-site evaluation is usually required in order to confirm initial findings and begin to fine tune the design.
Morton Solar & Wind, LLC has engineers on staff with training, experience, and certifications specific to the renewable energy industry. This, along with our suppliers and distributors, enables us to design your system for optimal performance. Technical drawings, proper component sizing, and system layout helps ensure smooth system installation and operation.
The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, a voluntary national certification program for Renewable Energy Professionals, has certified our individuals in both Solar PV Installation and Solar Thermal Installation. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we take care of everything involved with the installation of your system, from the foundation to final connection. We also take time to educate the customers so that they are comfortable living and working with their Renewable Energy System.
Some of the systems we install require maintenance, some more than others. With either our optional maintenance contracts or a simple one time service call, you will have peace of mind that your system will produce clean, abundant energy for years to come.
