USDA REAP Grant for Farmers & Rural Small Businesses
Solar is For Everyone is now partially funded by the USDA REAP TAG which will provide Morton Solar the opportunity to provide better service and awareness of the USDA REAP Grant. Farmers and rural small businesses could be eligible to save up to 50% off their solar project costs and reduce their payback period significantly. Morton Solar has had tremendous success writing USDA REAP Grant applications for our customers with 13 total awardees.
Solar is for Everyone is a solar informational and group-purchase event series to benefit the tri-state community. The free events will inform the public on solar installation benefits, government incentives, how to achieve energy security with battery banks, how to approach return on investment, and most importantly, will offer exclusive group-purchase discounts via economies of scale. For every 50 systems installed through the program, one solar system will be donated to CAPE to help low-income families!
Morton Solar is the first Certified B Corporation in the region and a member of Amicus Solar Cooperative, a national group of solar energy companies that use group-purchasing power to lower the cost of solar energy. We want to pass this value along to our customers while making renewable energy and energy independence accessible to all income levels.
RSVP is required for group-purchase participation.
