Shawn Collins joins Morton Advisory Board

Morton Solar & Electric is pleased to announce the addition of Shawn Collins as the fifth member of their esteemed Board of Advisors. Shawn is the Founder of EXTEND GROUP and a Certified Giant Worldwide Leadership Consultant, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to the table.
As a longtime adviser for Morton Solar, Shawn has played an integral role in the company's success. Recently, he helped secure a grant that enabled several employees to participate in a comprehensive 9-month leadership training, including GiANT Worlwide's 5 Voices, 5 Gears, and 100X Leader programs. This program has significantly enhanced the team's communication and understanding, strengthening the company's foundation for future growth.

Shawn will serve alongside the current Board members, which include Eric Williams, Jack Buttrum, Jim Daniels, and Talmon Haywood. Eric is the Director of Security for Old National Bank and a former Vanderburgh County Sheriff. Jack is the former Swanson Nunn Electric Company and Knight Electric Company President. Jim Daniels is the former Recycling Coordinator for the Vanderburgh County Solid Waste Management District, and Talmon serves on the Advisory Board as an Inside Advisor and Production and Safety Manager at Morton Solar.
